time

for as far back as I can remember I have attended this towns birthday celebration, nothing great in this day and age but a monumental treat when I was very young , and exceptionally gratifying as a parent.   They block off 3 city blocks   set up a carnival  have some new bands and usually a washed up country star.  kids have games  street vendors  rides and good food,  this is when most all high school reunions take place  this is where summer love often blooms  and memories are made Ive gone every year, and I went tonite, alone.  NO KIDS  NO WIFE  and I simply despised the event.  Sure there were people I hadnt seen, some spoke some turned away.  There were pretty girls by the handful. all the age of my daughter.  this had always been such a great time of year   now its going to be dismal someday I will grow   someday I will know  til then I keep kickin and screamin and pluggin along til someday

I am sorry you didn\'t have a good time where you always enjoyed before. You are stuck in a rut right now, but with the right tools and maybe some hay or sawdust, you will be able to pull yourself out of this and move on and enjoy all the things that you did before and even some new things in your life. Randy, don\'t ever lose faith in yourself. You will overcome all these obstacles and will be on top again. I know this just as much as I know that the sun will rise tomorrow.

I so know that feeling...I fight and struggle everyday to keep me and the kids fed and clothed....then we got to the annual art fair in the town I graduated in..so may of the people I went to school are still local...oh my..and when they hear I have married and *GASP* divorced....well, let\'s say they put on their judgemental eyes and walk the other way....

I don\'t even care anymore. I do what I do for ME. I have one judge...and apparantly the jury is still out..so I\'m good.....
