Thursday: YAY!!!

Whooohooo! My group is coming along! got this email:  Here's what we are going to do now.  I am going to have you apply for a grant from the Center for Citizen Leadership.  We haven't had anyone do this yet...so there is not a exact procedure in place.  If you will work with me, we can not only get you funding and aid, but we can also establish a new method of providing help to people like you who have great ideas.  I am about to travel to St. Louis to meet with all the leadership from my organization.  I will bring you up and we will talk about how we can award these types of grants.   I should come back with some answers.  In the meantime, I want you to be gathering any and all expenses that you might incur as you begin this support group.  Shoot for the moon on this one.  Throw in anything that could help you.  I am not promising that you will receive finding for everything...but it never hurts to ask.  If you know the approximate price, then include that too.  When I return, we will get all the prices together, and then prioritize your list.  Have patience.  We will make this happen!  Get back to me with any questions.Aloha,Chris Christopher MarvinCenter for Citizen LeadershipExecutive Director, The Mission Continues Project808-561-4846
