thursday night..can't sleep
It's amazing how to i go from fine to crying in a split second.. well I suppose I'm not really fun. I don't really understand my life anymore. I'm laying here on an air mattress and I can't go to sleep. All I am lately is sad and lonely.. I'm really trying to be strong, but when I'm laying here alone in the dark all I can do is cry and I'm sick of it.

You have been going through an extremely stressful time. Trying to get your home ready, covering for another employee, etc. etc. And where is your time to grieve? I cannot imagine how awful all this has to be. Burning the candle at both ends does you no good. I do understand the crying and am sick of it too. Tears are supposed to be cleansing, but why do I feel like sh*t when I stop? I do know I am much more emotional when I get tired. Haven\'t had a good nights sleep in ages. And if I do sleep I still have no energy. The loneliness and sadness are so overwhelming. And yes, how can we understand our lives? I have no answers, I just know that we all get it. You are not alone in this journey. I\'m sending you a Huge Hug, hang in there, Michele
Grief is a lot of work, it\'s emotionally draining but, remember to take time out to take care of yourself and pamper yourself.

I think we all can relate with insomnia during our grieving process. I still have nights that I can\'t sleep. Last night was one of them. BTW, I take a sleep aid and it\'s not 100% certain that I will sleep. Ugh. As for crying . . . it\'s cathartic. Yes, we get sick and tired of that aspect of grief also, but it\'s a necessity toward moving on . . . eventually. Lighten up on yourself, love yourself and be gentle with self. You are grieving. Hugs to you and sending lots of healing energy your way. D
thank you all..I really am emotionally drained right now...now matter what, I feel like i\'m about 2 seconds away from tears...I have always been the \"tough silent type\" my whole life..these last 9+ months have certainly changed that for me..I find myself wishing lately that i was just sitting on a beach somewhere, staring at the ocean,,nowhere to go,..nothing too do...just sit there and watch the waves..perhaps see if my brain could settle down and let me rest..
