Thursday morning, back in the gym today

Good morning journal, the time is now 5:43am,I have been awake since 5:00am when Buttons and Caesar woke me to go outside. After they had finished,Buttons retired to my side of the bed and Caesar came into the lounge and is in his usual place on our sofa where he can keep an eye on me as I type. Last night,I was tucked up in bed before 9:00pm and I slept well until the dogs woke me this morning,so I feel rested, which should stand me in good stead for pulmonary rehab this morning. I spent the majority of yesterday resting and gathering the strength that I will need for today,on Tuesday it was very busy for me,in the afternoon,we saw Janet from citizens advice, the outcome of our meeting was that the debt relief order is in the process of being put in place,it should be finalized in the very early new year according to Janet,so it gives us a little time to put together the money we will need to have to make it an actual done deal, but at least it's a start. On Tuesday evening,I made my way to the health center in town, and after deciding to err on the side of caution and not walk through the darkened park after dark,I caught the bus into town and walked from there. The reason that it was a night time visit was because the testing was done in a mobile unit parked out back and not actually within the confines of the building itself, although I had to make myself known to reception inside, some nice young gentleman named Andy came and collected me and led me out into the car park to the actual testing unit. It was very quick and entirely painless, and, after a couple of minutes it was all over,I should have the results in a few weeks he said, and I should ask my doctor in about a month. By the time I returned home I was absolutely exhausted, but I was also very pleased that I had managed to spend some time in town with my wife after our visit to Janet doing a little grocery shopping, not much, just the bare essentials for survival, but I did it,and it felt good. Well that's about it for now journal, just a quick update to keep you in the loop so to speak, until next time,I have to go get ready for gym class, and as always,we ask that God gives us His right arm to lean on once again as we strive to get through another day.

Look forward to reading your journals each day.
Things are moving for you slowly, but surely. It takes a lot of patience.

Lessons to be learnt from you, on how to take life philosophically.

I, too, appreciate your journals. Especially the fact that you end them with a word to God.
