So I got most of Rosie's work done yesterday. Goofball wants to have a phone meeting at 10am with Jelly and Dr. Evil. Fun. Proof that the 3 Stooges had kids :) Oh well this should keep me busy the rest of the week.
It's raining and cold...again! Come on man! It's freaking May 1st! I opened my windows yesterday and wore a sweatshirt just to get some air! The damn furnace has been on everyday! Ah! Whatever!
The Bird and Low Gut went out to eat last night. I swear that all those 2 knuckleheads do! Then Low Gut wonders why he has an inner tube and The Bird has a pancake Buddha belly :) The Bird is still pushing to go out Saturday. Maybe I can stick a $100 on his forehead and he can buy a GF :) Ha! Then The Bird is crying that summer is almost over! He started that shit last year and bitched the whole summer about how it's almost over! And he's trying to stick me with getting HIM a GF! What? What the hell am I supposed to do? He signed up for some goofy online dating thing...guess it's not going well! Poor horny old fart :)
I did legs and arms yesterday and today I plan on doing chest and maybe traps. Tomorrow I will either take off or do some light cardio so I'm not worn out for my heavy day Saturday. I'm feeling a bit better about life with the allergies being less of an issue. Sudafed has been a life saver! If I'm not careful I might get some motivation!
Anywho, my coffee buzz is wearing off and H needs her rainy day donuts so I'm outty :)

Pancake Buddha belly? That kinda has a nice ring to it. Buddha belly. That\'s my brother. LOL. Still think you should take pity & go out with them. Think of how much more fun you could put that $100 to use for if you were there. And if you slap it on Birds forehead & your not there, what\'s to stop some girl from just smiling sweetly as she takes the money away? You need to go. It\'s a necessary evil & some evils turn out to be a bunch of fun!
So glad your allergies are under control. That has to be a huge relief. One more day & you\'re on YOUR time! I think you are working up to a great Saturday workout! Yea for you!!
I\'ve gotta eat my donuts on the run. Need to get to the gym, come home & make myself do something in the house then go outside. Can\'t sit here allowing myself to keep creeping into the pit of Hell. Baby steps to walk the opposite direction.
