Most of my journal entries are basically for me, so please don't be offended.
After a rough night of not much sleep do to my right shoulder hurting and my left hip
bothering, I got up and got the granddaughter off to VBS this morning on time.

I came home and decided to take a short walk on the street. I walked down to the neighbor's
mailbox and then decided to go on down to the next set of mailboxes. I thought about trying
for the end of the block but felt for a first time walk, thought that might be pushing it. I was
glad I stopped when I did as I was a little winded when I got back to our driveway and had to
stop a minute. I wasn't short on breath though which I felt was a good thing.

After coming in and sitting for a few minutes, I am noticing a mild ache in my chest. Not a
pain just an ache like I may have pushed a little far and hard this morning. I guess this is
how I learn my limits. So now, I will sit and rest this morning.

Granddaughter has her first ball game this evening if it doesn't get rained out or cancelled
due to the mud. She is excited as this will be her very first ball game ever! LOL  So grandma
needs to take it easy so I can go tonight and watch.

I did throw a load of laundry in the machine and need to work on folding some clean clothes.
I get so frustrated when I can't do something that I could before hand. Like last night, I was
so worn out and hurting that hubby had to fix supper. It was an easy supper too..spaghetti!

So this morning is going pretty good as long as I don't over do and put myself down for the
evening. We are having leftovers for supper so that will be an easy meal tonight! LOL  I just
wish there was a way to snap our fingers and get through these first few months of recovery
for all of us!
