thurs aug 30 sons advisor meeting and visit with mother
I wrote this to the attorney last night, I am starting to think I am getting set up, by all these counslers getting buddy buddy, and my STBX ( fleur) leading the pack.

Hi James,
On Tuesday 8 28 2012 Lynda G came by the house to interview Conrad and myself, She had already interviewed Fleur prior to us. She wanted me to go first, then Conrad, my interview was 1 ½ hr, Conrad was less than 20 minutes due to the fact that Lynda did not feel well and had to go to the doctor. I finished mine on the phone on weds the 29th and Conrad was scheduled before the visit with Fleur on Thursday the 30th at 4;15 at Burger king. Conrad I waited and when I called Lynda, she told us to come down to the family center, she had a room that Conrad and her could talk. I rushed there to get him to his interview , now just having 30 minutes for him to talk with her before Fleur s visit. I went to the receptionist and told her to tell Lynda we were here. We both sat down and at 4;42 Fleur comes walking out of her meeting with Lynda and it was Conrad’s turn. The receptionists again are so so friendly to Fleur and what her plans are , its hard to believe this is un bias.
From what Conrad has told me, Lynda feels that he is very mature for his age and has seen and heard stuff that he should not have. Also she stressed that Fleur is hurting and that her attempt was not selfish. Conrad ‘s response was she is selfish and again this seems to be that Fleur has made herself to be the victim .After meeting with Conrad about 30min, both counselors and Fleur went into the room. Conrad visit lasted the whole time. Conrad asked Fleur questions he wanted answers too, and he probably came off angry and straight forward, tired of the BS his mother has done. I have several concerns now, Fleur has brought up that Conrad 16 is having sex with his girlfriend 15 and that I know and permit it in the house, statutory rape . I figured she would try this and months ago, I talked to Conrad not have sex in the rental house or this house and that I do not want that happening under my roof, he told me he would not and gave me his word.
Another concern is that, Lynda has made it know to Conrad that he seems to be influenced by his father (me) (Fleur s input , of course) on things he says to his mother. After what Conrad and I have gone through and experienced together, Conrad has had to deal with everything she has tried to do to me , it affects him as well, his mothers attempt, Dui, rage order of protection , etc, he is very tired of this and tired of her BS and wants to move on in his life. So now the concern is Fleur is trying to manipulate the situation again with the court appointed counselor and get her to side. This is Conrad’s voice in court. Lynda and now the visiting counselor want the names and phone numbers to the other counselors, I have put Conrad in. I do not have a problem with the court appointed (Lynda) counselor, but I do with the visitation counselor that has sided with Fleur.
Conrad told Lynda, he did not want these visits. I personally think they are very hard on him, they do not seem to be visits, but , sessions of bring up fresh wounds for him that at this point he is not ready to do. He will when he is ready. I do believe that he does need to have a healthy relationship with his mother, when he is ready and that at this point she is still very much irresponsible for her actions and blaming me or others shows her mindset. The counselors seem to really want to make headway, but need to realize that Fleur is the one that mentally off, off enough to try to commit suicide. This is not healthy for Conrad
My other concern, For the 10 months of hell Conrad and I have gone through, Conrad could have dropped out of school, could have been drinking could have used drugs, could of just given up…..He has not…
I have tried to keep him involved in ALL his interests, , School, Education, Venting with the counselor, Guitar, Karate, routines, responsibilities , enough sleep, eating right, pets and their needs, His emotional needs , hang out with his friends, girlfriend, venting and talking with positive people that are motivating and productive. Conrad has been incredibility strong, I have tried to show him strength in taking on the bad stuff that hits you and look at the positive in all situations with out using substances. He is in school, (people there have come up to him, surprised to see him in school at all). He is studying and doing the best he can on tests and grades. ( I check with each teachers, counselors and have already met them all , I set up a chronic program for him at his school to make it a little easier for him with a little more time for assignments when he needs it. He is currently applied for a job at Crate and Barrel and will be getting that. His new interest for the past month, is he wants to go to college for industrial design and his passion took off when he talked to his grandfather about what he did for a living. My father , a graphic designer, has been a very positive influence for Conrad. Conrads grandfather is always researching Guitar events, Art events, Design events and info, feeding Conrad’s desire . I am very very grateful, that after these very long hellish events , That Conrad has many directions he wants to pursue including college and all that are positive.
