Holy crap! i'm so sore! i went to the beach yesterday (Wed) and the waves were so high! Matt n I jumped in and caught a few good waves. However... I am now paying the price for the fun I had. Every muscle in my body hurts. Ugh... having an IBS day on top of being sore. my stomach hurts like an alien wants out and my butt hurts. ...uhhhh....hg... Tomorrow I will go to the Oahu Veterans Center to their staff meetings and anounce my new group. i will also be deciding what day of the week we will always meet. ooh I'm so excoted! On the news today, DC turned the ban on guns law around!! It's about time after 200 years! Sheesh! I'm so happy that the law abiding citizens can now carry guns! YAY!!!

Everytime I can\'t get into my pool it seems you have a great beach day. Oh well hope you caught a wave or two for me. Hope you feel better. And i\'m excited for you... the whole getting your own group thing is awesome. Have you decided on how your going to run the sessions?
Cool about the gun law being reversed. I joined the NRA just to support having guns available to law abiding citizens. It\'s right there in the Constituion that we can have guns. What\'s wrong with these people today?
Sorry to hear about the soreness, but what a great way to get sore! ibs - i know the feeling. Gun laws for law abiding citizen, yes it\'s wonderful and the way it should be - but now we have to watch ourselves as too many people think of guns as \"solve all\" method to problems and this is with gun control - of course being from Texas people packing is part of life in these parts - but i do fear people packing that either don\'t have their heads on right, have been drinking or partying or who maybe angry at something - these could be dangers but oh well - you can\'t stop a good thing for a few bad seeds - uh?
