Through Dieting, Exercise, Behavioral therapy and Gastric Bypass Surgery May 2013
Yes I had the surgery even though I told them not to use Dilaudid on me. But they did and of course I had an allergic reaction in which I would think something or see something that wasn't there and only my husband could convince me it was not. Funny Story - Woke up from Dilaudid dream where the police, FBI, and otherw were coming in to kill everyone in hospital. Picked up my phone to call the operator. Told her I was locked in the basement with my husband and no one would let us out because if we were at entrance when enemy came in we would stop them in the Name of Jesus. Boy was she confused but she had a good laugh later with my nurse and my husband managed to convince me that nobody was on their way to kill everyone one in the hospital and we did not need to pray. Boy was I relieved in someways yet, I would have loved to see the look on these police peoples faces when we prayed and they couldn't have done one thing. Isn't our God the greatest! Anyway, I had the Roux-En-Y but no sugar dumping, instead, I have problems eating too much fat. And I have to stay 2 bites under full or I might throw up and throw up and throw up for 4 hours then sleep till morning then throw up again first sip of water in morning (am really careful that I do not have meds in my mouth the first sip! HaHa. I have lost over 100 lbs and only had 15 more lbs to go when I started on my present me which is a weight gainer and I gained 5 lbs (going to lose it all through this year with exercise! Pray for me and root for me! When you go from a size 5x looking 8 months pregnant to a medium/large you have lost some serious weight and the diet is so wonderful and maybe in 2015, my husband will have the surgery. He yoyo's between good BMI to horrible BMI so we will see. Pray for us and if anybody wants to know something about the surgery, they have a group that you can ask but I will also answer any questions. Sleek and Beautiful (at least that is the way I feel and I have gone from being a blonde natural color to a black/blue and I love it!)
