Three more days and I meet David Zid

We take off early tomorrow morning to head to Ohio.  We will stop and visit with our son and his family Saturday through Sunday.  We love to see our grandkids!!!  Then off to Columbus Sunday evening.  My first appointment with David Zid, a personal trainer (here is his site for his book "Delay the Disease" -  http://delaythedisease.com/   )
I am very excited  about this opportunity (and nervous and you all know what that means lol).  I also hope to go see some of the Parkinson exercise classes they run at the University if they have some scheduled during this Thanksgiving week.
I posted a you tube video of one of their classes on my blog site.  Check it out if you want!

I will have my husband take some pictures of my training sessions (if Mr. Zid does not mind) and share them along with the tips he gives me.  (That way we can all share his wealth of knowledge and then my money will have been well spent. lol)
I only meet with David Zid a couple of hours each day Mon - Wed.  The rest of the time is mine and my husbands to do as we wish.  We intend to enjoy every minute together as we have had a hectic past couple of months which has not given us a lot of alone time.  I am looking forward to some re-connecting.  ;)
Then we will visit my sister and her family for Thanksgiving day before heading back home.
Now back to packing.  Happy weekend to everyone!

Have a fantastic and enjoyable trip, and learn all you can from Mr Zid. Keep fighting the PD with all your vigor. Enjoy that time with your husband and your sister and family. Happy Thanksgiving to you. Hugs, Dan

Have a great trip Paula,

You sound like you have a busy time planned, meeting family, grandchildren, visiting your sister and of course the long awaited Mr Zid! I hope you enjoy it all, have a fantastic Thanksgiving and manage a rest with a bit of you time, together time - a relaxing time, that\'s what I was looking for. I can certainly relate to having a hectic past few months and the need to get away.

I hope everything goes well with David, I can\'t believe you\'re actually going to meet him, amazing, I shall be thinking of you all week.

Take care

Julie
