Three months out.
It's been three monts since my VSG. I've lost 36 lbs. Not an incredible amount but combined with my preop loss I'm down 87 total. And the best part is I'm in onederland! I haven't been here since I was a teenager. It's incredible.

That\'s great! Please don\'t feel bad about losing so slowly. I have lost 39 since the VSG surgery, and I think my surgery was just a week or 2 before yours. I must say...I feel better knowing that I am not alone in the slower weight loss category. Glad you are now in onederland. I am so proud of you!!!!
