The problem I find in comparing the world I grew up in to the world my GK's are growing up in is that I saw the world through a child's eyes when I was a child. Adults and children see things radically different.

The world seems to have changed radically since my first parenting career in the 80's and 90's. WTF is a play date? I share your concern.
