This week was rough

This week was rough with the stomach thing.  Dr put me on Donatal which is Bella Donna and phenbarbitol which made me loopy, dizzy and out of it.  It also slowed my intestines down.  I got down to 152.5 by Wednesday and today, back up to 155 lbs.  I did binge yesterday, so not counting that as a binge free day.  Went to Cracker Barrel for dinner last night with my Mom, Aunt Carol, Paul (hubby) and David (son.)  I had chicken and dumplings and carrots and fried apples.  I only ate 2 pcs of the fried apple.  I had unsweetened iced tea with Stevia.  Then I ate Flaxseed tortilla chips when I got home last night from Trader Joes and 5 Trefoils shortbread Girl Scout Cookies.  Did zero exercise this week.
So this week the plan is to get back on track, both with eating and with exercise.  I do feel better and will change my smiley to green face.  Going to Zumba today.
After a horrendous start of work on Monday with A$$hole man customer yelling and threatening, I had a good week of work and got a lot done.  Praying for a repeat.  The work week ended quietly.
I need to clean up the house.  Got two weeks to do it.  will most likely take at least one day off work.  David's confirmation is Saturday, 3/5/11.  Having a party that afternoon for family.  Rob already told me via Facebook that he is not coming.  (something about having 2 other birthday parties that day.  I don't believe them.  I don't think he will ever come to my house again.  This is the brother I had a disagreement with by the way over the kitchen.)  he claims to be this devout Catholic and yet did not come to my son's First Holy Communion and now not coming to his Confirmation.
I have to learn to let it all go!  All of it.  Let the hatred and anger go.  let the fear go.  Stop worrying so much.  All is does is make me sick.  No more "what ifs" for me.  I have to stop thinking that way.  I read two more chapters of my Panic attack book this week and going to read some more.  that is one thing I want to do for me:  read more.  Since I don't get out in the sunroom anymore to smoke, I haven't gone out there to read!  Per the book, I need to make some new, good habits.  Going to tackle this house one room at a time.  And if it isn't perfect by 3/5/11, too bad.
