This week he comes home

T-Man comes home this week.  I hope things work out here because it's been very peaceful around here and serene and in the past he could easily disrupt it just by entering the room.  Even with him away at school I never heard from him. The only contact we've had with him is when he'd text my husband for money.  The good news is from what we could see in the bank statement - he only took out small amounts of money at time.
My oldest was home for one of his high school buddies wedding. He was very close to his friends and they managed to get together quite often with them over the years but now that they all have "real" jobs and that their living in many different states - weddings will be the only time they will see each other.
Well, we found a car because we're handing the car and keys over to my brother-in-law today.  Long story but I told myself that it will all work out in the end.  And it did.

Well, hang in there with all you have learned about detachment and heard that\'s supportive from your AlAnon friends. It\'s time to put it into action, as they say. Deep breath.
Glad you found a car. I found a recliner that\'s the price of a used car and bought the dang thing. Feel guilty about paying a lot of money for a chair but I really wanted one that truly supports my back, and had looked for a long time. Hard to just get myself something like that, but I\'ve been looking for a long time. Still have to wait another 45 days for delivery. It\'s something that I can say this will be the last recliner I ever get!
I do hope you enjoy your new car. In the movies anyway, it all evens out somehow.....
