This to shall pass

I guess at 53 I know many things we deal with eventually pass. Pretty soon your looking back at that experience void the emotions it orginally evoked. Dennis is back to work and everything around the house seems back to normal . The house is a bit messy , there is questionable food in the fridge, Laundry is backed up , we are tired from our long work week. Ahhhhhh it sure beats surgery ,drugs , hospitals and pathology report. Now just trying to get marshmallows , cookies and chips off the top of our food pyramid.

Well good luck with that. I am a semi neurotic re food but still overweight and with not so wonderful cholesterol report which has maddened me so who knows about cookies etc! Have just heard Weight Watchers starting new system so might look at them.

You\'re not alone. I worked so hard...lost about 176 pounds over a span of 2 years. Kept it off for one year. Now, with all the stress, I\'ve started packing it back on. I\'ve gained about 50 pounds back, and I am so mad at myself. I hate this....but yet I always want to turn to food when I feel bad. Stay away from the junk food, girlfriend, or you\'ll be like me! :D Love ya!

I know how things can pile up and make you feel overwhelmed. It happens to all of us, Hon. So wonderful that Dennis is doing well and back at work. What a blessing! Enjoy the upcoming holidays then make those New Year\'s resolutions.
