This ship has leaks but still sails

The Good... I met some great people today and got some work done. 
The Bad... The Zantac I'm taking is making my muscles tight all over. For the most part I can handle it but when it starts to affect my lungs I get concerned.
I have some 10mg prilosec I can try, half the dose that caused the problems... I dunno. I want to come off these but maybe with time.
