This past week

Since Tuesday, I have been home with my parents for Thanksgiving break. On Tuesday, my sister had 5 seizures and was diagnozed with epilepsy. It makes me want to cry because she is already dealing with bipolar, PTSD, SI and other issues. I feel like she neve gets a break. I want to stay home to take care of her since my mom is handicap and my dad is always at work, supporting us. I feel responsible to take care of the family.
My ulcer has made it so I'm throwing up and in a lot of pain. Yesterday (Thanksgiving), I even started feeling sick and bolted to the bathroom during dinner with the entire family. Other than feeling sick, Thanksgiving went well. I saw my grandparents, enjoy a home cooked meal, and my sister was released from the hospital.
Early this morning, I went to a store with my dad for Black Friday shopping. It was great spending time with him one on one. He bought the tablet he had been wanting for forever and I got surround sound speakers, a pedicure set, a spa set, slippers, and a DVD player. Oh, and Dad thought it was a good idea for me to get luggage since when I come home, I'm having to use grocery sacks. My dad works really hard to provide for the family and it really made me feel so thankful to have a dad who works so hard to provide for a family of four, as well as to where he can buy me a few things throughout the year as special gifts. It's been a good day.
