This "morning"
I work mid nights, so morning is 6:30 pm
Getting out of bed, fighting the usual negative thinking. First I think of all the years I've squandered. I think about how I've always wanted to be a college professor and how I have two friends who do it as part of their careers.
Agh!
I am going to think about calculus now. I am going to get my prescription filled (which is a triumph for me because at 47 I still can't remember to do these things on my own). Then fix dinner. I'm not sure what else, maybe call a friend or something. Anything. I totally buy into the negative thinking and there is no reason why I should. No one is making me, there is no rule that says I have to keep doing this.

Sometimes it is ok to just relax and cut yourself a break. I often times think like u do about the time I wasted drinking and all the bad choices I made. During my darkest depression, it was challenging to even get simple tasks done like, getting a prescription filled. I think it is great to start fixing up your home. A clean environment always made me feel better. Be kind to yourself. We go through hell and will make discoveries and revelations that others won\'t have. There is a purpose to this all, I think. The Universe has the answer for that. Hugs!
