This morning
This morning I am not doing so good.My face feels like someone has thier foot in my face,holding my head on the floor.That is the only I can describe it.I know it is from sinus pressure and they are on fire,nothing seems to help.I have tried to flush them out but it still feels dry and burns.My head feels like it will explode any minute,and it dosen`t help that my neck is stiff and sore and so is my lower back.I could go on and on but I think it would be best if I just go back to bed.But I will probably go take a hot shower some times that works when nothing else does.

Hang in there. Your body has been through alot. It takes time to heal; do good things to help you heal. You are struggling more becasue you are trying to hard to over come! You are making progress even though it seems so incremental: I so understand. The pain is holding me down and i keep trying to do stuff anyway. What once would have taken a few hours can now take me days to weeks to get done.. much of the time i have to wait for some one to help becasue i can not do it myself. sighs. You are doing great; you have been working a little; you are singing. Keep singing; let your self be free to just sing and enjoy the act of just having practiced. So what have you done this week with your music? take care.
Today, is one of those day\'s. Light a candle or build a fire in your fire place if you have one, put on some cozey\'s, snuggle up with a pillow and your favorite blanket, order in something healthy and rest. You have had enough advice!!! I have a bad chest cold(that is a big thing HA!HA!HA!) for several days! Had this last month and doc gave me \"4 pills\"!! Some miracle cure I guess. They didn\'t really get rid of it. Seems like I am coughing from my belly button up!!! My back, neck, and especially my head are aching!!! The area of my brain tumor hurts so bad from all this coughing! Hubby says he is going back to work tomorrow, we\'ll see!!! He has been out of the plant since June 2nd last year!!!! I don\'t think he wants to go back! It is a shame he isn\'t a little older because he has had all the points necessary to retire for five or six years. He has to be 57 to get peak retirement! I will probably be cold in the ground by the time he retires and some \"young, cute chick will reap from all the effort I have put in!!! OH WELL!! Whatever!!!
