-Can you briefly describe what you are doing?

- I do beauty blogging. I’m shooting a video about how you can make up and do reviews on cosmetics, that is, I show which one is worth buying and which one is better not to take.

- Why did you decide to try yourself in this kind of activity?

“I tried myself in different areas, for example, I made funny videos, I kept a blog about my life, but it didn’t come to anyone like me. I myself understood that I was doing something wrong because it did not bring me much pleasure. One day I thought that I like cosmetics (I bought it every time I went shopping), I like to paint. Then I thought, why don't I try? And at the moment, it brings me great pleasure.

- Do you get more negative comments or positive ones? What do you think this is connected with and are you satisfied with the activity?

-I have not yet received negative comments, and I hope that this will not happen. While I get positive comments from other bloggers, ordinary people, brands I use, and sometimes even from foreign girls. But, to be honest, I’m a little dissatisfied with my activity in terms of views, because when I go to pages of other people with the same blog theme as mine and with fewer subscribers than mine, they have more views, than the subscribers themselves. But I hope that someday my views will exceed my subscribers.

-Many people don’t put their creativity on the web because they are afraid of condemnation. Did you have such a fear, how did you overcome it?

-Yes, I had certain fears when I tried to blog earlier. I thought that nobody needed this, that people would think about me, “What if they make fun of me?” But at some point, I realized that no one should care what and how I do, because this is my life, my blog, and I can manage them as I please. First of all, I do it for myself. When I started a beauty blog, I had no fears at all, because, at that moment, I already did not care about the opinions of others. If someone doesn’t like something, then goodbye.

-And do you use any promotion methods? Maybe you buy ads from other bloggers or promote publications on Instagram?

- Yes, recently I started buying advertising from small bloggers, and I’ll say that this is probably the best way to promote. I don’t promote publications because I don’t know how and do not want to set a target.

If you want to advance in branding, then you need to first work on your content every day and buy advertising from other bloggers. The best way to promote on Instagram is to buy ads. Never participate in gives from other bloggers and in something similar, as a rule, at the beginning, everyone signs up for you for gifts from the blogger, and then everyone unsubscribes after the give ends.

-And how much do you spend on such advertising?

- Well, at the moment, I bought ads for ~ 2000$ from 8 bloggers.

- In general, such a blog is expensive?

- In terms of advertising, there isn’t yet, because I’m buying low-cost advertising, and as for cosmetics, I’m also spending a little money so far, that is, I’m buying budget cosmetics, for now, showing people that you can create cool make-ups with such products.

- Do you plan to make money in the future with a blog, or are you doing this more for yourself?

Yes, I would really like to make money from my blog, but I would also like to become a makeup artist, to earn money both as a blogger and as a makeup artist.

- In addition to Instagram, where you regularly upload videos, you still study at the university, how do you manage to combine this?

-In addition to the university, I still go to the gym, but I manage to keep up with everything because I am not very stressed out at school. And to take a video a lot of time is not necessary, just two hours. On the weekend, I can shoot two videos a day. So, over time, everything is fine with me, while I have time to do everything. In addition, so far I am posting the video only on Instagram, but I would very much like to start blogging on YouTube in the future as well.

- Do you shoot a video when you are in the mood or adhere to some strict schedule?

- Since I am a beginner blogger, I just have to shoot and upload videos every day, because it gives an impetus to my blog. If I don’t often upload videos, then people will not notice me. Sometimes I don’t have the mood to shoot something, then I have to force myself. It happens that I give myself only one day without a video, that is, I do not shoot and do not upload it, as it were.

- Do you have idols or people with whom you are inspired? Maybe something else inspires you?

- Mostly foreign bloggers inspire me, but there are no idols. There are Russian bloggers, but it’s literally a couple of people. And there are bloggers who are just nice to watch, for example, to relax. Also, I can just watch photos with makeup and be inspired by them.

- Do you have any goals?

- At the moment, I do not have a goal, but there is a huge desire to develop in the beauty industry.

- What do you think you need in order to feel that you have achieved success in this area? A certain number of subscribers or a certain amount earned?

- Oh, I don’t even know. Probably, I will feel successful when I will be recognized by people, invited to various events in the beauty industry, and of course, when I can provide myself thanks to my work.

-Tell me how you stand out among other beauty bloggers, why should users notice you?

- I think that I am different from others in that I did not study as a make-up artist, thereby showing that everyone can learn to paint, thanks to video tutorials. Well, I also have a section where I repeat the makeup of stars. Be sure to take a look!

-I want to say that if you want to do something, for example, as I do blogging, you don’t need to be afraid of anything and you don’t need to pay attention to someone else’s opinion, because it will only pull you back and you will not be able to achieve certain goals.
