Well it's been very rare that I get on here these days. Doing some reading of old journals and it's no wonder I have such baggage to deal w/ in counseling, some things went unresolved/unaddressed in my past.
A lot of my issues come from childhood... whenever I have a \"situation\" (LOL) I recognize what I\'m feeling and if I go back in my sensations it always comes down to sth I felt when I was little... and how that shaped how I view life and myself, reality in general for me... Hugs
