This is gross...
...but I have to tell some and I figured it may as well be someone I don't know and that doesn't know me since it is gross, disgusting, and utterly embarrassing...Ready?...OK here goes...
A few weeks ago, maybe a couple of months ago...I defecated on myself...I was sitting at my desk and before I could get up it just started coming out...and it kept coming out all the way to the bathroom and even after I sat on the toilet...it wouldn't stop until it was all out I guess...and I tried to stop...but I just couldn't...It was totally disgusting because it was loose and very runny (sorry) and got all over everything including a trail on the floor...and then...
Just now, as I was getting out of the shower and putting on my underwear to go bed...I urinated on myself...once again, just like before...it just came out...and I couldn't stop it!!! I don't think anything can be any grosser than urinating on yourself...except of course...the above situation of defecating on yourself!!!
I mean...REALLY?...come on, SELF! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON THAT I CAN'T EVEN CONTROL THE MOST BASIC OF BODILY FUNCTIONS?
Any advice? ... or suggestions?

yes, a doc visit is needed!! i\'ve had both happen to me, so i know the feeling...i see that you\'re 45...i\'m 50. Maybe some of it is menopause or peri-menopause related...i know that the urine part is part of the hormone changes...i saw a urologist, had some tests...everything\'s ok...now, the other problem...i haven\'t discussed with my doc yet...have you had a colonoscopy? i had one last year and all was ok...
anyways, i\'m sorry that happened to you...i hope you\'ll see your doc ASAP.
