this is getting very scary.......

Yes - this is a positive story, believe it or not.  The presentation my husband and I will be doing is starting to scare me A LOT.  On the other hand - I am so excited about it.  I will feel much, much better once things come together.  I know the first one isn't until Oct. 22nd but I know how long this has taken me thus far.   I have meetings and more meetings scheduled in next few days with the people who will be a part of it.  These meetings, however, are scheduled because the people want to plan out what their role is.  This program is not complete.  It's always changing and changing - but definitely for the better!
