"THIS IS A HEART ATTACK: .... felt a little out of breath while walking with a friend, but i thought it was because i was talking or hadn't exercised enough lately ... on the drive home felt chest pain. The chest pain came and went. It wasn't like an elephant standing on my chest, which is what I heard heart attack feels like. It was a sharp pain that was over very quickly.
I thought maybe its just an anxiety attack. Then there was another sharp chest pain. Got in her car and drove to the emergency room -- even jumped a red light to get there when she felt another sharp chest pain. Parked in front of the ER doors, walked in, and said I'm having a heart attack. She passed out. She went into cardiac arrest - her heart stopped beating. If she hadn't jumped the red light, she would have went into cardiac arrest in her car and died in her car.
ER gave her cpr and shocked her heart back into regular rhythm with a defibrillator. There was 95% blockage in an artery that supplies blood to a large area of the heart. That artery is called "the widow maker". The doctors inserted a stent to open the blocked artery and a balloon pump to help her heart pump better.
If you don't change your eating and exercise habits after a heart attack you will die within a few years."

this is like the year of drama ... jl's daughter and son both had babies this summer. nice to see. very unexpected. his daughter didn't go to college yet. she had a boy. her brother and his wife had a girl - they married a couple of years ago. they already have pictures of the infants together. jl's daughter named the son for him, which is custom for them. it seems very strange, he has grandchildren, but he isn't alive ... the next generation begins. had no idea that they were being harrassed by lg on and off all this time. wth? I knew when i sent the kids engraved silver bells after their birth - we had some shit happen, but i had no idea who it was that did it. i was being stalked by several people at that time and it seems odd that a stalker would take it out another orbit and stalk others that i know in any way, but they do. the court said they are looking for a way in, that is why they do it - a weak link. the tiny law firm in south florida did weird shit like that, as did bda, christiner and the kleptogirl andrea who is a constant client of that same small law firm ... goes on and on doesn't it. so if a person is seriously famous, how much of this shit from the crazies of the world do they have to endure. seriously.
generally it was lg, but many things traced back to lt and through lt - coste and from coste, kaswa - another shock because as a kid i didn't know kaswa at all; kaswa's brothers were questioned when that first began as they are coste's age and kaswa isn't - she is younger than him, but she had been in a speical program for dangerous or developmentally delayed youth (k's generation calls them "slow whites"). then it turned out it was kaswa the entire time and its like WHY - then you find out she simply DOES this all over the place, same as lg does and christiner does and the longer they get away with it, the more they will do it until its so much of a habit/addiction to stalk and worse others, that they couldn't stop even if they thought they might want to. kaswa said she discovered if she worked two jobs - 60 hours - she became the same as everyone and acted normal, but if she had time on her hands she immediately reverted back to stalking and worse ... at reporting/legal support school it was lorne who was a cross dresser and going by two names and two genders and at the private school after that for cr, it was a cleaning woman named joann who was posing as a teacher and got busted...they do get busted, but how much damage is done during the couple of years it takes to bust them? Especially for a child/young person, a couple of years is a very long time - kids change about every five months, so for them five months is actually a year.
later still it was the divine brothers, who are professional thieves, same as andreak and her mother who steal and break in as a team - i never knew any of those people at all. so its even sleazier. the divine brothers were still showing up and stealing in the early 2000's thanks to guy giving out my address for other reasons and not realizing the person he gave it to is affiliated with sleazebags, so i moved - thanks guy. andreak i was told broke into my house on the hill several years before that, uninvited as always, but no one had a clue how she got the address, though everything pointed at bda on that. ALL of those people are bipolar. both lg, bda and according to robw some girl named jilda was also stealing my address book and calling total strangers in it. must be really hard when you even receive a call like that because you know the person calling is insane and its like wth? they steal the address books right out of a person's purse, photocopy it and replace it. talk about whacko. and then harrass everyone in the address book. i always tell people to just say they don't know me. it really frustrates them, especially if they see us out after that. lol.
rn's sister is trying to get divorced and she says texas has the same kind of laws that they have in the north east, you have to be separated for a number of years first. wth, its the 21st century and its still like this. then out of nowhere, rn says that she lived out of her car in westchester county, new york when she divorced her first husband in 1979 because no one would help her get out of it. the attitude was, you got yourself into this, get yourself out of it.
someone should start a blog, have you ever lived in your car. amazing. people are amazing. there should be campsites in every county for people who need something like that...like cooperative living of some sort. if you aren't living in a tourist or university town, it must be harder. though even in 1979 they had student loans and grants. i think if i were her i would have gone over to any local college and registered and lived college life which is kind of gypsy-ish anyway. i said this to bda and she immediately says the same as h, they would go to their mommies. lol. UNREAL. i'm like, wouldn't you try ANYTHING else first? seriously. that is a whole other drama because h actually dropped out of college after his first year because he missed his mother and moved back home (he is still there) even after i had him reinstated at the college he had left, and bda's mother and aunt found him off campus housing to return to his college. he REFUSED it because he wanted his mother to move where the college was as well. he was SERIOUS. he didn't want to go to the college near his father and mother's house because he didn't like that college. lmao. omg! we were all in shock. his grades were good. he was popular. still is. but not without his mommy. lol. i could actually write a blog just on stories like this, i used to know a lot of ridiculously, irrationally spoiled people who STAYED THAT WAY, that is the amazing part. still meet some people like that now, as amazing as that is. lol.
but had no idea about rn and i talk to her all the time - though there is a good chance she told me some version of this at some point. i told her the easiest way to get a divorce is to go to nevada and get a divorce and then do the property settlement afterward because this thing with her sister is getting ugly as her husband is moving funds around, which is typical during a divorce. maybe brazil is right and there shouldn't be any marriage at all, that it is antiquated...or the truly liberal, no marriage, just genderless incorporations and when/if its over, you unincorporate - that solves MANY things for many people. Amazing how many people get in such bad situations by being around other people.
in that book on aging, it says don't get divorced after age 50. hmmm, i know a zillion people between 45 and 50 right off the top of my head, who have gotten divorced in the passed few years, generally as soon as their kids finished college - its like they were waiting for it. don't even want to know the details on those. then you get someone like jl who was happy at home, and he gets into a freak biking accident. wth?

i take an aspirin before i carry my bicycle up the 130 cast iron steps on a hill, for exercise, and when i walk up the six flights of steps in my building.
a few years ago, in my hometown, a camper with florida plates, would park in the walmart and lowes, for months; i would see his vehicle there when i biked in the early summer sun, around six in the morning.
