Thinking of Simon

I'm feeling grateful thinking about the time I had to spend with Simon, however brief. I would rather love and lose than never love at all. I just don't like feeling the loss of losing something you love so much. I hope to use his loss to inspire me to do something good like promoting adopting shelter animals. Simon was a rescuse when I got him. I would like to think I made his life better. I couldn't have possibly loved him more. I will always love him and believe with all my heart that I will see him again someday.
