Thinking of Fall, Pumpkins, Halloween time :) i strung up more lights today! :)
Happy Monday! :) With the spirit of the fall season, all around, and the countdown to Halloween season! :) Twas 3 days, until October 1st! :) awww! :) We're enjoying a great day, and a wonderful start to the new week :) We've had lots of bluejays visiting our yard :) They've been gathering breads, peanuts, and are enjoying the goodies :) it's a nice day, with some sunshine, and a great day to enjoy some nature walks :) We're going to harvest some jalapeno peppers soon, to make some fresh homemade salsa :) Today, here in my computer room, and in my halloween town, i strung up some more halloween lights :) i am so very happy, and excited!!! :) my halloween town, is coming along really well :) i'm gearing up, for the big day on thursday, with the lighting of my halloween town, for the 2015 Halloween season :) i put some halloween lights near my window today :) i'm also decorating, all around my entire computer room, including halloween banners :) it looks so nice, and festive :) i want my computer room to glow, with halloween spirit :) It was so nice, shopping at the dollar store yesterday :) my mom and sister Lisa went back to the dollar store during the evening, and bought some more bags of beef jerky :) we just couldn't believe, that amazing deal, for those $1 bags of beef jerky there :) it's so nice, and a special joy, getting into the spirit of the fall season, and decorating for halloween :) We're going to do some decorating in our front yard :) we'll use our cornstalks from our garden, plus we'll be having lots and lots of festivities, in October, with going pumpkin picking, and lots more, including our favorite, fall foilage car rides :) i'm thinking of buying a pumpkin in early october, to bake seeds, and to cook pumpkin soup :) Tomorrow, we're gonna be going to mcdonalds to get some treats :) i'm all so excited, about putting finishing touches on my halloween town :) i'm gonna make an awesome, and spook-tacular video, on thursday, of the grand opening of halloween town, for 31 days of Halloween in October :) "Here comes Halloween! Here comes Halloween!!!" woot! :)
Hi angel friends! :) It's beginning to look a lot like fall season, and halloween time too! :) awww! :) Happy Pumpkin smiles on this beautiful fall season day :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day :) i'm so happy, and excited, about lots of awesome things going on :) We've had some happy birds visiting our yard, and neighborhood :) they've been singing happily, all throughout the day today :) There were a flock of bluejays, i heard a ladderback woodpecker, and also some sparrows :) it's a really sweet, and wholesome time, as the new season is settling in nicely : )We're seeing lots of our neighbors, putting up fall decoratives :) We've got some scarecrows, cornstalks, and more, for our front yard :) We're gonna be decorating, and also putting up some spook-tacular halloween decorations too :) It's one of our favorite joys, and i love the fall season, so very much :) my mom mentioned, walmart has began to get in some pumpkins, for $4. :) i'm thinking of buying one in early October, and baking some seeds, and trying a pumpkin soup recipe :) i think it would be really cool! :)
This morning, i blossomed right into some more decorating, here in my halloween town, and computer room :) i strung up, some more orange halloween lights, and also, i put some pumpkin lights, above my "the walking dead" themed area of my halloween town :) i was so thrilled, to buy some more items at the dollar store yesterday :) i love their halloween aisles, they got so much! :) it was fun, shopping yesterday, and stocking up, on some more halloween treasures. :) There's so much to look forward too, as we approach closer to halloween season :) i want to celebrate halloween, for 31 days in October, with family, friends, and the spirit of the season :) i bought this cool, tea light candle light set at the dollasr store yesterday :) it's got all kinds of cool designs on it :) it's one of those flame-less tea light candle decoratives :) it's gonna look so cool, glowing in my halloween town :)

It was a really sweet weekend :) my family and i loved our nice visit, with my brother and his family on saturday, shopping yesterday, and watching football :) my mom and Lisa went back over to the dollar store during the evening, and bought some more bags of beef jerky :) we just couldn't pass up, on that great deal :) We seen those same bags of beef jerky, at walmart for about $7. the dollar store gets a great deal like that, every now and then, we love to stock up :) my mom and Lisa cooked some hotdogs yesterday evening too, and we had the football games on :) Last night, Holly and i watched 2 episodes, of the walking dead, season 4 :) We're going to watch the new episode of "Fear the walking dead" show, tonight :) it's the 5th episode, of the 1st season :) We're pumped up and excited to watch the show :) the episodes are about 47 minutes, and Holly and i both wish, the episodes were 2 hours long! hehe! :) Holly and i are doing well :) She wants me to tell everyone, she says hi, and that she is doing really well, with her PT for her knee, and exercises :) we're very proud of her, and how far along she's come, with her healing :) She and i are planning a fun October, with all of our paranormal shows, movies, and lots more :) We watched the ring movie, on saturday, and next saturday, gonna watch, "the monster squad" :)
PRAYERS REQUEST! :) my family and i have a very special prayers request, for our dear friends Patricia (Phoebesfriend) and her family. She had surgery today, for her cancer. we are thinking of her, and her family, and keeping them in our thoughts and prayers. hoping, and praying, that all goes very well, and that Patricia makes a full recovery. we all are like family here on ds. Please keep Patricia, and her family in your thoughts and prayers, and send healing energy. thank you everyone, so very much. big group comforting friendship hug.

Jalapeno Poppers
Try making your own jalapeno poppers from scratch. With a little bit of time, you can make these famous appetizers.
Ingredients
30 jalapeno peppers
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, soften to room temperature
12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 quart of oil for frying
Instructions
It is highly recommended you wear gloves when cutting the jalapenos. They oils in the peppers can burn your skin. Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape out the pith and the seeds inside of the peppers. The seeds and the pith are where the intense heat is, so you want to remove the heat. In a bowl combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stir until well blended. Use a spoon to fill each pepper half with the cream cheese blend.
Prepare seasoned flour by placing the flour into a small shallow bowl. Add salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder to the flour. Blend spices into flour until it has a uniform appearance. Place milk into a separate shallow bowl. Dip stuffed jalapeno into the seasoned flour, the milk, and then back into the seasoned flour. Place floured pepper on a baking sheet with a rack. Let the peppers \"dry\" for about 10 minutes. This step is crucial for the peppers. The flour layer will help the stuffing remain inside the pepper, and give the bread crumbs something to hold onto.
Pour bread crumbs into a separate bowl. Dip floured jalapeno pepper into the milk and then into the bread crumbs. Place pepper back on the rack. Preheat oil to 350 degrees. Dip pepper into the milk and the bread crumbs for the second time. Go head and dip all, this should be enough drying time for the coating. The bread crumb coating needs about five minutes for its drying time.
Fry peppers one or two at a time until golden brown. This will only take a minute or two. Remove from oil and drain on a baking rack.
How to cook them from a frozen state:
Heat oil to 350 degrees and cook until golden brown.
