things you don\'t tell

There is aDVD titled 'Things you don't say.'  It nade me think of things you don't say.  You don't say that your mind is screwed up.  You don't say that 'someone has screwed your body.'  You don't say you feel like crap, that something is not right and you don't know what it is.  You don't say that if this is all there is then you are better off dead.  You don't tell that you just want to cut and cut, and cut, and maybe somewhere in all of this those bad feelings will just go away.
