I moved in to park butterfield in June of this year and there isn’t much to complain about on my end. It’s quiet, location is pretty good, AND ITS DOG FRIENDLY. There is no weigh restrictions so my big loving good boy and I could find a place to live without any ridiculous hoops to jump through. Taylor, one of the office managers is super friendly and helpful whenever I have a question. Only downside I can really say is the odor in the hallways. My apartment smells Fine, it’s only in the hallway.
Just recently the lights outside in our courtyard has been replaced, it actually really looks beautiful looking out of your balcony into the yard at night now. Other than the pending construction that will be taken place in spring, any garbage lying around has always been swept up and kept clean by the staff here. Coming down to the closing of this review, I pay very close attention to detail and I hope I expressed it well here. They honestly have been working there butt's off to get this place right, and so far they are doing a great job, Keep up the good work guys! I did my research, and they made up for every flaw this place used to have. I'm sure in time when they are done with all the major renovations, laundry rooms will be equipped with newer equipment.
