Things keep happening...

So, I don't know if anyone else on here suffers from RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome), which sounds like a kind of funny thing, but is really annoying as heck.  When I was exercising regularly, it almost totally went away.  Since I've had to scale back my workouts, it's back in force, and it feels worse since the whole ER/ET thing than ever before!  It's making it very hard to sleep.  Did a Google search, and some people have said it really flared up with they were pregnant.  If that's the case for me - yikes! I probably won't sleep again for another 18 years!
This morning, I've been having waves of nausea.  I can't tell if it's because I'm getting less sleep than usual, or if somebody's starting to settle in down there, but I feel like I'm going to puke.  Interesting...

Good luck!! I know it\'s hard not to read into every little sign but nausea sounds like a good indicator!! :)

Nellysgirl: I\'ve had some hot flashes too. I\'m one of those people that can\'t really sleep comfortably unless I have a blanket over me, but then I\'ll have to kick it off for awhile to stop sweating. Then, of course, I get cold and have to start the cycle all over again! LOL

My mom had this. |She said a short walk before going to sleep helped (at least around the block)

Maybe I\'ll give that a try tonight.
