Things are going pretty well

I have been doing well this week pushing thoughts of death out of my head at bedtime. I still haven't been able to get to bed at a good hour but I haven't been crying in bed over my thoughts this week. My dogs were supposed to get neutered tomorrow but the vet called and said that they need to reschedule for next week. Im a little upset cause I want to get it over with because the thought of my dogs having surgery gives me a lot of anxiety. At the same time im glad its rescheduled cause the thoguht of my dogs having surgery tomorrow gives me a lot of anxiety..hmm..
