Things are getting better
Remember my last journal entry, about terminating my parental rights to my kids? Well, Justin (my ex husband) and I have been talking and have agreed that we need to raise our daughter's together but apart... if that makes any sense? AND.... I have gotten to spend time with both girls! They were both kinda distant but both gave me a hug. Justine (my 12 yr old) said that she considers me to be her friend right now but I can earn back mommy status if i work really hard Savannah isn't really coming around too much right now. They are complete opposites. Last time that things got rough between us (when I first left) It was Savannah who wanted to rebuild our relationship and Justine didn't want anything to do with it, but now it's Justine who wants to rebuild and Savannah wants nothing to do with it!

Mrs. Harlock, This past year the Lord taught me something that has made such a difference in my life and now my current ongoing reconciliation with my oldest son....the bible says that love never fails! Think of the simplicity of that....love never fails....and then apply it to your situation with your girls.....always responding to them in love no matter what....you will never fail in your relationship with them!! It is such a simple thing....love never fails....but once you get it, can be so profound in your life!! May God bless you and your girls reconciliation with His love!!
