They just don't get it......

TMJ sufferers go through so much pain in a day & we just want someone to vent to, someone to just know even a shred of what we are going through. But do they really get it???? No they don't. I had to call in sick to work yesterday (Once again) because I could barely open my mouth & my head felt like i got hit with a metal baseball bat, you know what response my supervisor gave me.... "We all get headaches, I have a headache right now but I am at work". She just doesn't get it, I just wanted to scream "If you felt like I do right now then you wouldn't be at work either". Its not like some little headache that everyone gets, It feels like if you move your head is going to explode, but how do you convey this to other people & have them really understand? You can't, because if you try they either way under estimate it or they think your just exaggerating. & thats just the headaches..... Not even going to go into the other aches & pains.
I just want one person in my life to really understand what this feels like.  But I know thats not going to happen.
