They dont get it...

Well,still working on things.I still have those 4 am hunger pains sometimes.I drink water to try and fool it.I refuse to get out of bed to eat.Morning numbers still up some but I did take my sugar at 2 am to see if there was a difference and it was 140,Dr wants it under that.I took it again at around 7:30 and it was 170.Im thinking Gayle is right and there is a party going on.i also think the 4am hunger may be spiking those morning numbers...
I made homemade vegetable beef soup for dinner with potatoe,was going to skip that but didnt look right without them..lol So I wondered what the corn,potatoes and 6 crackers would do to my sugars,but it was so good and yummy for a cold day I ate it anyway....BS after 2 hours was 128....YAY
My hubby seems to be clueless about this.he knows i have to take the meds and i have to watch sugars and I really hate it when he will ask me if i want something he knows i cant have....How to make this man understand???I feel like I am all alone in this because if it isnt happening to him then it doesnt matter....He and my daughter frustrate me.I guess though if it isnt happening to you then you dont get it and I will just have to do this on my own here...
Anyway I will keep trying to get those numbers down as far as I can...
