There's still a couple days left in May, let's see what else can be thrown at us....

Okay, just going to list the events starting with:

4/28--we find out that my brother is a child molester
5/11--his work bails him out at the cost of $10,000--WTF
5/12--still ongoing, his current wife is still staying with him               when she doesn't have her children.
5/13--I get a promotion at work with more responsibilities
5/20--my parents are between houses due to the new one                  being reroofed and staying with the SIL
5/25--my father, an alcoholic, is arrested for DWI.
5/25--trip to Urgent Care because my daughter sliced her                  fingers

At this point, all I can do is laugh.

5/26--I have an appointment with a neurologist for loss of                  strength and dexterity in my left hand.  I will                          probably have to have genetic testing done to find out            which muscular dystrophy I have.  Good point, it is                    slow progressing;  bad point, no cure.
5/27--I'm helping my parents unload the U-haul into a                        storage unit and I get stung by a Yellow Jacket.

Can we please put May to bed?  I'm done!  I don't really know if June will be better.  Hopefully a little less chaotic.  I know I'll be helping my parents move into their new house.  I'll have more doctor appointments with more specialist.  I only thought I was getting used to the new "normal".

Even though my brother confessed, it will still take 6 months to a year for him to be sentenced.  I got a psychologist for six sessions through the EAP at my job.  I'll be hanging on to her for a lot longer than that.

So what do we title do we put on this time of my life?
"Living in the eye"? (as in hurricane)

Geez, Hopefully it all blows over quickly. That\'s a lot to deal with, for a lifetime, much less in a single month. I\'ll be hoping June brings you some peace, and positive outcomes too.
