therapy time

got my shot...  as i was walking into the office though my knee collapsed (as it does once to a few times every day)  the doc saw and said we will continue the series of gel shots but wants me to wear a brace for support and start physical therapy this week... so that's what i'll do...   to tell you the truth it feels better with the brace on so for that i'm grateful...
