The words passed by
As I felt my heart shatter
My father passed away
Now I sit here lost
Lost in a world
Unable to find my way out
We were not as close as I wished
Many things unsaid
Many things unknown
What I would give
To be able to talk to you
What I would give

Numbness takes over
Tears struggling to exist
You lived a hard life
Dealt with the bad
In your own way
Taken away
