The weekend

This journal entry for the first time will be a little "different"....for once, I can happily say that I didn't "dread" the weekend.  Oh yes...my mind/heart is still there with "him" but I kept myself busy and I'm so proud!  Saturday...I finally connected with a group of ladies and we rode!  It was so incredible...I can't begin to explain it.  Just a nice group of ladies.  Hope to be able to ride with them again soon...Sunday...went out with John (Harley friend) and we rode with his chapter from Wild Fire HD to Galena.  Incredible ride!  325 miles...couldn't believe it.  I couldn't exactly stay home this weekend..we lost power on Friday night and didn't get it back until tonight so it was good that I had plans..Just can't sleep so thought I would write....xoxox
