The wedding was March 29.

They changed the date, the time, and even the city where the wedding was going to be held to make sure we could not attend.
He was scheduled to receive his Master's Degree in Computer Science, a degree which we spent almost $10,000 to help him attain. When I called to make reservations for the ceremony, the coordinator of the even told me that he had informed the registrar that he would not be participating in commencement exercises.
I cried again. We stayed home.
I called the University a few weeks later and asked for them to send me a program for the graduation ceremony because I knew his name would be listed as a candidate for a Master's Degree. The University was kind enough to send me two of the programs.
