The Waiting Game
I had my MRI yesterday and now I'm playing the waiting game until I get my results. The MRI was more involved than I thought and there were some uncomfortable parts but overall not a horrible experience. The MRI technician and the MRI nurses were very helpful and friendly. They told me that the radiologist assigned to me is very quick getting back MRI results and that they know the urgency of getting the results. I'm hoping that the results will be back this week and that I will be able to see my GI doctor. It's hard not to look too much up on the internet. My abdominal pain and bleeding are back again. I hope that they die down.

Hopefully your dr will let you know the results asap..too bad it isn\'t like the olden days when drs made housecalls! Better than hearing results over a phone
Once the doctor\'s office has the results they will book an appointment for me to see the doctor. I will find out more about treatment then. Yes, over the phone would be horrible! House calls would be nice! I\'m glad that my doctor told me my diagnosis in person.
