The usual dread.
I'm dreading work in the morning. I only work 4 and a half hours yet it's the worst time of my day ever. I wake up and think oh here we go again. How will the boss pick on me today? What have I done wrong even though I'm not even there yet? How many times is he going to tell me I need to be thinking all the time and being mindful. I never realised how much one person can put you down and change the way you see life. I went into this job thinking that I could do my job perfectly and I'm good at what I do. Turns out when he's telling me what I'm doing is constantly wrong it changes how Iowa how I'm doing. Cos he's constantly making me feel like shit. Even though I think that I do my job very well.
He'll ask me to do about 5 things while I'm already doing something and then before I've finished 1 job he's asking if I've finished the other five. How is that even possible? I'm one person. So this is how every day turns out. Me hoping for once that he just leaves me alone to do my job. And if I do something wrong I have to hope he's not there. Which he will be. He always is. I've only worked there since December and I've decided I kinda hate it. But I'm scared of change. It terrifies me. So I'm kinda stuck in a rut here aren't I. But I'll see how tomorrow goes. Count down the minutes until I finish and pray that nothing goes wrong. Or that I just get left alone without being picked on constantly. Surely one day of peace is due. People say oh you have it easy only doing four hours. Yeah sure. Four hours is great it really is. 1. I need more hours. I'm not earning enough money to live. And 2. Four hours is great when you like the job that your going to every day. Or at least not dreading it. So for all the people say oh hey you have it easy... you get criticised every second of four hours and lets see how you feel at the end of your shift.
I wonder if their opinions would change slightly.
