The time has come
I have put money down on a 3 bedroom apartment back in Waconia where Jono lives. I am just waiting for my SSDI letters to get here so she can run financials and background check. The manager is someone I know quite well as she and her husband cleaned the bldg I had lived in when I was in Mound for a few years. She is a real sweetheart. The apartment is one of the nicest ones I will have ever lived in. It has an open kitchen with an island. A closet for a pantry, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top stove and a garbage disposal. It has its own washer and dryer in the unit, 2 bathrooms, the master is 3/4 and the other is full. The one bedroom is small so that is going to be my craft room and the other will be the spare bedroom. In the living room it has patio doors just no deck it is well fenced off so I will not need to worry about Aydan. There is a really nice workout room plus a walking path behind the bldg. I also will be able to walk to target if I need to.
Please pray this happens soon as I need to get out of here. Things are better but I really need my own place. It has more than I wanted but it is in my price range. I will be able to see my little Boss Man a lot more, I have really missed him. He is talking in sentences and sings Twinkle Twinkle. The Wheels on the Bus and the ABC song. I also will be able to see my friend Nancy again. I am trying hard to not get too excited but it is difficult.

The letters came today and Joey will fax them to her tomorrow for me. Praying this does not fall through somehow. I need this and ya know what I DESERVE it!!!!

Well there was a minor snafu. It was not the letters but a letter that got me back into my SS account where I can download the letters and email them to her. They will be there waiting for her tomorrow. So it actually worked out better as I don't have to rely on Joey remembering or asking someone to fax them to her. I just am hoping and praying nothing stops me now from getting this apartment. I have struggled long enough, and put up with so many things. I feel it is my time to have a good life. God willing of course

Well there has been a glitch. Last Thursday I got an email saying I was declined due to not enough income?!. They never took in to account my inheritance from mom. So Friday I had to send and email saying I have more than enough money to pay for quite a few years of rent. I also stated that I would pay for a full year in advance. I made sure to send my investment paperwork too.. Now waiting to hear back on that one. She does not work on Monday so praying I hear tomorrow.

Susiejoy.....OH goodness! Seems like they would have asked about all income and sources of money. I'm sorry for this hiccup, and pray it is just temporary and all works out soon.

I GOT THE APARTMENT! Not the corner one Iooked at which is great because that faced the parking lot, I will now be facing the back which is all woods and wetlands.
As soon as I get ahold of Jono I can figure out when I am moving. It may be as soon as this weekend.
I am just shaking right now. I do NOT have to pay a full year in advance either

Teri it still does not seem real. Right now I am afraid if I start packing somethings up it will not happen. Dumb I know just trying to wrap my head around it all.
I am totally excited though. I have no idea what this apartment looks like so I can not figure things out, like my walls etc in my head. This one does not have the island in the kitchen. My bedroom is on 1 side the other 2 and bathroom are on the other I guess with a laundry room, not in a closet in the hallway. This will be interesting but WONDERFUL!!!
