My fitness goal;
To feel fit, healthy, glowing and confident. I'd like to have a flat board stomach and achieve the outlines of a 6 pack.
To achieve and maintain a long and lean body.
To lose enough weight to feel healthy, happy, and enjoy the foods I want to enjoy that are clean and cruelty free. Such as 54kg to 50kg (where I sat happily when I got married two years ago)
Date to achieve this by is my birthday on the 13th of January 2012.
How to achieve this goal;
Use fitness DVD 30 day shred by Jillian, body mat workout by Tracey Anderson, Wii EA active fitness challenge, daily walks after work.
I plan to come home, have a protein snack, work out and then cook a healthy dinner.
