got like no sleep. the small grey kitty that we are babysitting for the man that lost his leg and his 9 year old daughter, IS MISSING. it must have slipped out Saturday when i was headed up north. when i got back Sunday morning. GONE. so instead of going to sleep, i'm like walking around yelling henry, trying to find the little guy. he's not even fixed yet! wth? he is overly friendly though, and that is dangerous when you are dealing with strangers and whackos. at least ASK don't take. there are forms to fill out and like humans, animals need shots and have to get fixed and there is ongoing medical care. its not a toy weirdo, its a fur-baby, just like a human baby, but with fur.
while walking i came upon cc and marc - the cats that live around the block. there is a new one as well that has a collar on. i've seen it down by us. cats do that, they visit. looks like marc got injured or that skin disorder is acting up. i have antibiotic if they need it. it was doing so well again, i also have flea meds if they need that. don't want to over-medicate if they are already doing all that. cc looks fabulous and is FAT, which i know fat isn't good, but better than the opposite.
in the morning, the tortipoint that we just treated from rescue, and had been on rancid clavomox (we put her on amoxi and she did great and is fine), i noticed was missing. she was there at 4 a.m., but not there at 8 a.m. sooooo, i ask around and i hear from one person the neighbor had it and another person, the guy around the block has it. the guy around the block is way up the block so i doubt it, cats don't do that unless they are enticed with shrimp or something. three "neighbors" have lived over there since 2000, the one next door, one around the block and the one across from next door. hmmmm. i know k shouldn't have used the handy-people that he chose to use for repairs (but he believes in doing that), but if they are going to harrass now because of it, the house won't be useable as office/rescue, as planned, even though it took two years of looking for a location exactly like this one. grrrr. i also don't like that there is a cell phone tower within 1500 feet of residential area, and cell phone towers cause brain cancer. the woman up the road said her son already DIED of brain cancer exactly five years after they put the tower up, just like it says in the article.
k was just commenting on how well the animals are doing with the cat door. and i was checking to see how much the acreage next to the woods by us goes for. if we can't use this house, then this house will be house number SIX on this block that will be empty -- maybe all people move from this street because they are all harrassed by certain neighbors. whoever the stalkers are, they still show up and you can hear them talking. i would assume its the people next door who are friends with "stacy" on the next street (who k doesn't like).
people buy in unincorporated areas for ONE reason, they want to have animals there. if animals disappear in an area then you have to report whoever you find out about the disappearance to PETA, and PETA handles it "their way". i can't believe all the bulshit, but better to find out now, then to find out after purchasing it. i said that to him, last time crap was going on. UNREAL. i also don't want to recommend the street to clients or friends if its a bad street, plus the "danger" of cancer from the cell phone tower. the location should have worked out well, because it would then be a 2 acre parcel in the middle of the city. not bad. i said this to tm and he says out by him, the only harrassment is by wild animals and snakes, seriously. as that happens on the west side of i95.
so i got about 5 hours of sleep and NO additional SLEEP when i got home (i need 8 hours or i get grouchy). then a zillion calls to try to find out what is going on with the missing animals. ran into e at the pound as his girlfriend still works there. he says he was fired for being a VICTIM of crime, his ex-girlfriend tried to run down his kid and it was on the news. i have never heard of a business firing a VICTIM! wth. so the bunch of them that were fired for things OUTSIDE of their job (is that legal?), want the guy in charge of the pound fired. they can go public and bring it before the board. then he went on about what happened to m. who texted me wanting to know how to do a title search for liens on a property. i don't do title work. i've thought about it though. its another training and another certification. haven't heard anything since. have no idea what that is about. what a weird week.
m has a dui and if he owes money (he says he paid all that) then i guess they can put a lien on his property for the money. liens are no big deal, when the property is sold, the lien is paid. if there isn't enough profit there to pay the mortgage and the lien then the sale can't go through.
ran into a who does care for barrel-racing horses and hauls heavy animal supplies with his truck. his truck just broke down because of the heavy loads (it was a 1996 truck. lol.) he needs a new 4-wheel-drive truck. i have no clue on that and carsforsale.com site isn't working properly lately. everyone needs things lately. also ran into oa, and we need to book the next vacation shortly as well as use the gift certificate for the hair place. (i keep forgetting about both).

Love that coffee quote! LOL! *HUGS*
the woman around the block c had accused of being from a hood. she is the same woman who our neighbor said, walked onto the property and stole one of the \"children\" (as in the pets are children).
When she called me back, she used *67, (which makes no sense because i called her, so obviously i know her phone number. duh.) she said she thought the cat was a baby raccoon. when she went over to look at it, she saw it was a cat and picked it up and put it in her car and then lied and said it was in her shed. then she brought it to the pound because she knows they kill cats there and that is what she wanted them to do. she actually SAID this.
then she keeps trying to \"make as though\" i\'m saying, keep the cat or adopt the cat and i say to her, i would never give you an animal or adopt an animal to you. what a WEIRDO.
then she calls to complain that the animals are at our own house one block away from her house. wtf? she LIES to the sherriff\'s office and says, the house is abandoned. no electric. no water and there are animals there. the sherriff goes there. they see all utilities are on and there is running water. you can see in from the outside.
they said they think she was trying to break in and the dogs barked, so it upset her \"plans\". k also thinks she is the one that has been tresspassing and breaking in to begin with. i never would have guessed this, but what is she doing anywhere near here.
the police claim she has been going after everyone on this street for several years, and that is why so many houses are empty. the guy up the road says, he owns a rental house on this street, but can\'t keep anyone in it, because she harrasses every single person he rents to, so now he put up a privacy fence around it.
i haven\'t been around a town bully in ten years, but that is what this is. i\'m stunned. so in addition to the cell phone tower danger, we have this scum? c said, she has a gutter accent. she does. she was also trying to tell me, that its \"illegal\" to own more than one house? reallllly?
the cops are laughing and they said they are closing out the file. the woman is a menace, but off the record, same as before, if you don\'t retaliate it won\'t stop, that is why you have a street that is half abandoned. doesn\'t she realize the property values go down, down, down, from this kind of thing. abandoned houses, bring down an entire neighborhood.
c thinks she misses the \"hood\" so is trying to bring this neighborhood down to what she came from. holy crap?! i said to the cop, we can put the smaller dogs (there are two) at one of the other houses, no big deal, but then we will put the german shephards at this house. lol. they started laughing. we definitely want pets/animals at our houses. the whole point of finding this house in the woods and buying the 1 and 1/2 acre next to it, was as an office and animal rescue on weekends. me there 3 days and probably b there the other three. no one\'s business anyway. we had figured out the acre and a half and it can be divided into 12 parcels. i am absolutely STUNNED by all this.
people that abduct children are total criminals. a fur baby is a child. she walked ONTO OUR LAWN! then she says, if they come down to her house, they are going to cage, her and stacy. k hates stacy. and our neighbor is like, the animals are right here, SHE is driving over here just to make trouble. what a WERIDO. i guarantee you, she is bipolar/schizophrenic that is what c said a while ago. and she doesn\'t take her meds, so we have a crazy person. crazy people shouldn\'t be around living things. move to the desert. arizona is a good place for crazy people.
so that is where it is. pat wants to put the german shepards there and baby sit the small ones. and this helped make decisions. i wouldn\'t feel right selling this though. i told her, we will section 8 the property and put that kind there. not even right that they have to deal with her either. and then keep a close watch to prosecute her. have to put in cameras facing the road in front and back. can\'t BELIEVE this.
