The Security Services Login Process

The Identity Service and Security Services Login Service interact through the Web redirection protocol. This protocol provides a Security Services token to Web applications. Each call to the Identity Service must contain a unique application tag. This tag is configured during installation. The application must also provide a unique application return URL. The Identity Service deploys on a web server configured with SSL. In addition, applications that use it must use a customized application tag.
Then, you must configure the Security Services product. In the configuration process, you must specify the settings for the Identity Service and Login Service. During configuration, you need to fill in the context parameter worksheets. These worksheets are associated with the Security Services product.
