The Result

Mom's latest CT scan results show a cyst on her liver and hardening of the arteries going to her upper stomach, down to her lower colon.  We are off to the gastrointestinal surgeon, this afternoon, to discuss the results, but Mom has to go in to see her ear/nose/throat man, first, as her left ear is draining, externally.  She is in a great deal of pain and very discouraged.  I don't know when I've felt more impotent.
