The problem with painkillers

I've had to up my dose of Tramadol from 50 mg. to 100 to get it to take the edge off my pain. I knew it was only a matter of time. It wasn't making me super loopy anymore so I knew I was adjusting to it. It was sort of a relief to find that taking 100 mg. did make me feel loopy. I know that once I've adjusted to that enough that it stops working, it will be time to go in and discuss a new treatment option beyond the Celebrex.
I've noticed an odd side effect to the 100 mg. While it took a lot of the pain away in my other joints, the pain in my jaw actually increased slightly and there's a slight burning sensation.
