That provides us what we've today: over 60 wonderful gardens to investigate with lavish vegetation and sub-tropical theatres of colour overflowing with fascinating, rare and beautiful plants. Cornwall's gardens are within our magnificent Mansions, Way Houses, grand Farm Estates, Generator Properties, sheltered valleys, large up on blustery moorland and nestled in woodland and seaside gardens which meet the turquoise hues of the water's edge.

Cornwall's gardens are very varied while they range in size from small and close to miles of going countryside. Some with charming ponds and a Victorian boathouse to water gardens with tree ferns, rhododendrons, camellias and magnolias. Others have walled gardens and beautiful lawns to the most recent of all two spectacular Biomes filled with magic from across the world.

In the East of Cornwall Mount Edgcumbe have The Earl's Backyard with historical and unusual trees including a 400-year-old lime. The Formal Gardens are found in the lower park and were created over 200 years back in English, French and Chinese styles. Cothele tells the story of the Tamar Pit and Antony was Zwembad plaatsen tuin applied as a background for the picture Alice in Wonderland. Also in the East is Ince Castle which overlooks the River Lynher. The yard enjoys woodlands full of rhododendrons, camellias and magnolias, lively shrubs and conventional gardens. Pentillie Castle's gardens are just open on particular days and their orchard was replanted with previous Tamar Area varieties of apple and cherry.
