The Price for the Cape

I'm still Super Robbin today but am now paying the price for the cape!  How do the real superheros do all those fights and stuff (haha)?
Boy am I SORe!!  I can barely even type, never mind move.  I had to use both hands to lift my legs (one at a time of course haha) into the tub last pm.  And I may be better named Shuffling Robbin instead.  But I'm still glowing!

I know what you mean..I went grocery shopping this weekend..& can barely walk afterwards. Plus we went to lunch for my husbands bday, because I was so exhausted from grocery shopping the day before. I wouldn\'t know how I would be if I went for a real walk..I am just getting my energy back from this stupid infection..Plus I am losing hair being on vancomycin, by the time the three months are over I hope I will still have hair left.

But we are home, getting out and kicking butt...ok maybe we are getting our butts kicked..just a little..:)

Hey,
Good for you! I think only someone who\'s been so incapcitated can really understand how much of a victory it can be to go to the grocery store and out to lunch! You\'ve been thro so much. If you can, pamper your poor body!

You know they have this great site for people who want wigs (from different ailments). Have you ever thought of getting shaved (like Demi Moore Sexy Shave) and just using a wig? That\'s what my sister did last brain surgery and will do again in Jan. Right now, she just cut her hair short and is also losing it from chemo. It sucks! It\'s hard enough to feel attractive when you\'re sick, never mind losing hair, aye?

Hope you are feeling a little better now. Glad you\'re kicking butt! Which can also involved getting your butt kicked! I\'m still shuffling around and it\'s been 4 days. But at least it was from WORK not illness.

TTFN NIbs :)
