The Plan
My doctors appointment went good yesterday. Im dilated to a 3 and Im 80% effaced. She went ahead and swept my membranes which was quite uncomfortable, didnt really know what it was but she said they stretch your cervics out and hope that it helps progress labor. She also said now just a warning this could break your water and you'd have to go to the hospital right now. She also said it could hopefully throw me into contractions and get things moving. I said thats ok with me. LoL. Unfortunatly it didnt but thats ok. I did lost my mucus plug. Well I lost some yesterday and I think I lost the rest this morning when I got up. So Im off to a good start. She wasnt going to schedule me for another appointment she was just going to schedule me next week to go straight to the hospital to be induced. But later she came back and said she was going to see me this Thursday and see if I've progressed any if not she said its possible she'll induce me Thursday if for some reason she cant then she said no later than the middle of next week. So by next weekend we'll have a little miracle. I cant wait. My husband got approved for some time off work also. He went ahead and started his leave yesterday. Its nice spending sometime off with him before the baby. We got most of the house cleaned up lastnight. Now I just have to run the vaccum and mop (which Im really hoping someone will offer to do because I just can not mop lately it kills me to do it). Oh I almost forgot Brayden is weighing in at (are you ready?).....................9lbs8ozs. She said it could be off by a pound either way so Im hoping its more like 8 1/2 lbs, instead of 10 1/2 lbs. WOW, that\'s a BIG boy you have growing in there. I cannot believe you will be holding Brayden at the latest by next weekend. How amazing. It\'s time momma, your time has come. I can\'t wait to see your little miracle.

I am so glad that everything is on track. It still doesn\'t seem real, at least to me it doesn\'t. Heopfully you have a really easy labor. We are all thinking about you. We miss you here. Love, Jessica
Woohoo! sounds like everything is going right on track. Hopefully u will go on your own and u won\'t have to be induced. I can\'t wait til u hold your baby in your arms. Oh I get teary eyed just thinking about it. ((hugs))

Sounds like things will start moving soon! I can\'t wait to see a picture of his cute little face. Walking is supposed o be wonderful if it\'s too cold do some laps at the mall at least you can window shop. :)
