The Perks of Being a WallFlower
Last night I watched an awesome movie that really spoke to me. The move is called, "The Perks of Being a WallFlower." I believe that this is a movie that everyone should see. The movie is about a depressed boy who is just starting his Freshman year of high school. He meets a group of seniors who teach him how to have fun and they teach him that it is cool to just be yourself. Not only does this movie speak a positive message; Emma Watson who happens to be my favorite actress is also in the movie. This movie really speaks to me because I can remember when I was in High School I can remember being a Wallflower who did not really have a lot of friends. I wonder sometimes if I would have had a different experience if I would have had friends like the main character in the movie did.

What kind of friends did she have?
It sounds like a wonderful, positive movie! The world is flooded with negative movies, and I\'m so glad that someone decided to give us something positive for a change. I\'m looking forward to watching this movie also!
Big hugs!
Lydia, the main character of the movie meets friends who are not afraid to be themselves. One is a guy who is gay and is not afraid to be who he is. One is another friend who is goth and another who is punk. I just wish that I had friends like that when I was struggling through high school. Andelene, it is a great movie; which is probably the reason why I have watched it about a hundred times already.
Sounds like an awesome movie, very needed so much this time of unbelievable bullying. My sister is a junior high teacher and she\'s really concerned about it. I\'ll pass it on to her. thanks xxxooo
Sounds like a great movie! I came across the book in the bookstore the other day, but didn\'t buy it. Now I wish I had. I\'ll definitely check out the movie. Thanks for the great suggestion! Hugs, Judy
I have found it can be downloaded via www.amazon.com (for a price) but not via www.amazon.co.uk unfortunately.
I\'m glad you have a movie you enjoy watching. I have a couple I like to watch over and over also.
